Administrators List
In this table, the System Administrators designated by the organisation must be specified, as listed in the “Administrators” register published in the documentation and formally appointed through an official assignment letter.
NOTE:
Each administrator can only have one account. Sharing a generic account (for example, “administrator”) constitutes a regulatory non-compliance within the European Union and may result in sanctions.
This table is intended to maintain the official register of appointed System Administrators. Events generated by users associated with the listed accounts are highlighted across the interface to facilitate filtering and compliance verification.
By selecting an administrator, it is also possible to use the Report button, which generates a summary of the activity performed during the analyzed period.
The report collects the information available in the logs monitored by BusinessLog, highlights the systems on which administrative activities have been detected, and provides a summary of the main findings.
A compliance score is also calculated, which is useful for assessing the consistency between the administrator configuration and the information detected in the logs. The report can be saved or printed for verification, audit and control activities.
