Filters Settings

Every time a filter is applied (by date, user, machine, etc.), the data corresponding to the selection is displayed.
The display times depend on the amount of logs and the performance of the machine.
You can use the [Filter] button in the first row to enter a specific criterion.

Whenever a filter is applied, by date, user, machine, or other criteria, the grid displays only the data matching the selected conditions.

Display time depends on the number of log entries and on the performance of the machine.

A specific condition can be entered using the [Filter] button in the first row.

Alternatively, the filter mode can be changed by clicking on the operator symbol, "=" in this case.

Filtering can also be performed by clicking the funnel icon in the top right corner of the column header.

The automatic filter adapts to the context. For example, when filtering by date, a contextual calendar is displayed.

The active filter is summarised in the lower section of the screen.

From this area, the filter can also be modified manually using the [Edit Filter] option.

More advanced filters can be defined using grouped conditions and logical operators such as AND or OR.

AI Filter

To simplify filter creation, an AI-based filter generator is available.

Within the grid view, a dedicated input row allows automatic filter generation using natural language. For example, entering: “Show yesterday’s logs

automatically generates the corresponding filter condition.
