Firewall

In most cases, you will not need to apply any rules.

However, if restrictive rules are specified on the server or clients in the network, you will need to allow the newly configured service

From Windows Firewall > Advanced Configuration > Inbound Rules > New > Custom

Choose Services > [Customise]

Choose “Apply to Service” > Remote Registry.

Repeat the process with “EventLog”.

Additionally, to allow access to WMI data, you must also authorize::

Authorize “Windows Remote Management” to allow sending custom PowerShell commands from the program.
