The "User Times" screen allows monitoring and analysis of the minimum and maximum access times for each user on every machine, providing insight into login patterns.

It facilitates attendance validation, shift supervision, and session traceability.

The interface allows:

  • Viewing login and logout times for each user.

  • Reviewing session duration.

  • Applying filters by date, user, or time period.

  • Exporting data for administrative checks or reporting purposes.

NOTE:

This feature is particularly useful in corporate environments where user activity monitoring is required for security, compliance, or organisational management.
