To contact the Business LOG technical department, the Business LOG Help Center platform is available.

Through this platform it is possible to:

  • Open a support ticket to report issues or request assistance from the technical team

  • Access guides and FAQs, which are regularly updated

  • Interact with the integrated Business LOG ChatBot

Submitting support requests requires valid access credentials, reserved for certified Clients and Partners.
