Revision List.png

The Revisions feature allows users to review and manage the daily revisions of logs recorded by BusinessLog.

The section is available from the following menu: Working > Revisions.

The system generates a revision covering the previous day's activities, providing a summary of the recorded logs and any detected anomalies.

The purpose of this feature is to provide the reviewer with a tool for periodic log monitoring, helping to document the monitoring and verification activities required as part of security and compliance processes.

Revisioni.png

The screen displays the list of daily revisions generated by the system.

For each revision, the main information related to the analyzed day is available, including:

  • revision generation date;

  • revision status;

  • total number of logs analyzed;

  • total number of anomalies detected;

  • signature status;

  • revision outcome;

  • any associated notes.

By selecting a revision, the corresponding daily log report can be viewed on the right-hand side of the screen.

Revision Report

The report summarizes the activities recorded during the analyzed period and provides an overview of the logs reviewed.

It includes the total number of logs, any anomalies detected, and a breakdown of the records by source, allowing the reviewer to obtain a concise overview of the detected activity and, when necessary, investigate events of interest in greater detail.

The report can be viewed and exported and, once the review process has been completed, signed by the reviewer.

Signature and Monitoring Activities

The signature documents that the revision has been reviewed and that the reviewer has performed the required monitoring activities.

A timestamp and an internal signature are associated with the revision, making the monitoring activities performed on the logs verifiable.

The feature therefore makes it possible to document both the completion of the revision and any failure to perform it.

With regard to the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS and, where applicable, NIS2, the revision provides support for documenting periodic log monitoring and review activities.

WEB VIEW

Revisions are also available through the internal web view, where they can be accessed in read-only mode.
